My sister sent me this website - what a stroll down Memory Lane. I was only in Ozark for my senior year - never lived there after graduating from Auburn, but have great memories. Live in Atlanta now for past 34 years. This site makes me want to attend the next reunion! War Eagle always!

I attended Carroll highschool in 66 and 67, I was an army brat.. but I will never forget Alabama.. I knew nothing of home town or roots, but from this rural community I began to understand the importance of belonging some where.. I am in Texas, where my people have lived since before Texas was a state.. I have been here 35 years and have found my roots.. Thank you Ozark for heading me in the right direction... Respectfully Regina from Texas

The reunion was a big success, at least for me and my husband,Robert. It was wonderful seeing old friends again and reconnecting with some very dear ones.I was disappointed that there wasn't more there. After all, some of us came from as far away as Texas but a lot wouldn't even come across town.I sure wish they had ,we would have loved to have seen everyone!!!!

I was happy to see Jim remembered (memorial page-Class of 1967). He loved CHS and always regaled us with things going on. His life, like the lives of many others, was cut short but they will all be remembered.
