 The Class of 1990 held
their 10 year class reunion June 16-17. The classmates met on Friday
night at the high school and were greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Shaw as well
as Mrs. Tamplin.
On Saturday we met at KIDZONE to get  acquainted
with class members children and just enjoy a day at the park. Saturday
evening we had dinner and dancing at the Ice House. The class had
classmates come from all over. Several awards were given out,
including
the Marco Polo Award - given to Tawnya  Walker Williams, who traveled
from Germany to attend the event, the Donald Trump Award went to Derek
Kline who owns a pub in Atlanta, Georgia, the Humanitarian Award was
awarded to Danny McDaniel and Elmo Boyd, the  Miss Clairol award went to
Jill Sturdivant, the Changed the Least Award
went to Kevin Patterson,
the Changed the Most went to Christine Loucks. The Greatest Achiever
since high school went to John Hice.
The Committee did a great job putting together
the reunion, and are considering a 15 year reunion instead of waiting
for the 20 year. The class dedicated their
reunion to Ryan Logsdon,
whose senior picture was posted at the entrance and a moment of silence
as well as a toast to Ryan was had during the evening.
 The class would like to thank Tammy Burt
Watkins, Sherri Haddan Ward, Teresa Paulk Pitts, Jill Sturdivant and Amy
Wheeler Urbanek for all of their time and effort into planning the
reunion. The class theme was "This is the Time to Remember"
and the class sure enjoyed all the times.
