CommentsI know this has been said before and it will probably be said again. Enjoy high school. It may seem like the world is coming down on you and the teachers are the worst, you wish every day was a half day and you can't wait to graduate. That's what I thought. Life was so much simpler. Easy hours, convenient location near home, a lot easier teachers than college, dances (much easier to get dates for than club hopping) and less consequences than in the real world. Now I've accepted the fact that not many people are going to read this or even absorb the message, and I know this message has been played like a broken record, but stay in school, put up with the teacher's crap, follow the rules. I know it's hard to believe but high school life is not that bad, I actually miss it. This sounds stupid (especially coming from me), but don't do drugs and don't drink and drive. I had to learn that lesson the hard way. Imagine having to drop out of college (that you saved up for all your life) abandon your life ambission, ride a bicycle to your two jobs, pay fines every month, take blood tests once a month and have your record tainted for the rest of your life. It's really not worth it. I'll say one more thing and then I'll stop whinning. Listen to Mr. Stevens, he may seem like a hard-a@$ but listen to him he's very wise and don't settle for second best, if you're not happy with the situation, don't complain, change it. And if you read this Amber I'm sorry! That's my story and I'm stickin' to it! Amos
